A ghostly white lady has long been said to haunt the dirt road outside of Clearwater Cemetery in Wagarville. Local legend has it that the unidentified woman was assaulted and killed either in the cemetery or on the road many years ago, and she now appears to travelers between midnight and 3 AM. It is said that if you park your car outside the cemetery gate, put it in neutral and turn everything off she will rock the car back and forth. Sometimes she will be invisible and you will hear her footsteps as she approaches the car; other times she will not come to the vehicle and will instead be visible, walking around the cemetery.

I went with a friend one late October night and actually have a picture of the lady in white inside the Clearwater Cemetary gates.
