The Plantation House on Prattville dates back to the early 1830s, and in recent decades has been used a bed and breakfast. It is unclear whether the current owners will continue operating the house as a business, but past guests say they have seen the ghost of a man named Mr. Davis, who owned the building in the 1920s. Davis is alleged to be rather flirtatious, and will touch the backs or blow on the necks of women who stay at the house.
