Camp Watts
Notasulga, AL 36866
Used as camp for training conscripts as soldiers during the Civil War, this site is said to be haunted by the ghosts of both Confederate and Union soldiers. Men from both sides were buried here, but the property has changed hands numerous times over the years and the grave markers have been removed along the way. Apparitions have been spotted in the surrounding woods, and disembodied voices have been heard as well.
